Before Real Estate my husband and I were both in the Transportation industry and had been for 15+ years. We started looking to make a career change and creating a future and retirement that we could have only dreamed of before. Our Real Estate journey began by attending courses related to investing in Real Estate and flipping homes. We had various interactions with other Realtors and never felt like they really cared about our best interest or were offering enough information for us to make appropriate decisions. It was then I decided to educate myself and officially become a licensed Realtor. That was over 15 years ago. In some ways, I feel like Real Estate chose me and it was something I was always meant to do.

I truly love Calgary and its surroundings, I’ve witnessed the city prosper, struggle and come back together. The people are what makes this city amazing and I have made some great connections through the years with clients and other professionals. I take pride in the relationships I’ve built throughout the last 15 years. My WHY is to ensure my clients always feel confident in the decisions they are making by informing them of all relevant information, and always putting their best interest and future first.

You know how parents ask kids at all ages what they want to be when they grow up? Well, initially, I wanted to be a plastic surgeon, if you had a crooked nose, you can guarantee I was telling you I’d fix it one day. Then from about 13 years old, I was determined to become a Realtor and I never waived from that. Throughout middle school, high school and into university, my career choice was always Real Estate. This was my dream job. I was inspired by my parents who were involved in Real Estate in many different ways; as investors, house flippers, my mom as an agent and my dad as a contractor. Finally, my dream became a reality. I can confidently say that Real Estate and I are forever one, united together for years to come.

There is a certain kind of excitement that happens as a Realtor from new listings, offers coming in or putting one together, firm agreements and move in days, these things keep the day to day always interesting. The connections made with people and relationships that grow from working together is really my WHY.
