Tammy understands and figures out that what the buyers want is as important to the buyer as it is to the seller. Then with a little finesse, an offer is written. Tammy is about the positive… especially when the situation seems bleak. Tammy is a realist.  It’s not all pink skies or doom out there and Tammy has the ability to see the situation for what it is.
